THREE DIFFERENT FORMS:
Original Form:
Possessed the most dragon features. Her skin was purely made of scales, her nails were very sharp claws, her ears were more aquatic to handle the water's depths, and her wings were often used to help travel faster in water. She used to not wear clothing since she truly looked like a dragon and therefore clothing was not really was needed. When she left the ocean, she was gifted a grey hat with a red rim and ribbon by a friend and has treasured it ever since.Second Form:
No more wings due to her sacrifing them to bring back her friend's souls. Her skin looks more human-like but there are a few scales still present on her neck, chest, stomach, and arms, which is why she wears long-sleeves and turtle-neck shirts. An amethyst stone in the shape of a heart is pinned on her chest, a stone she never goes anywhere without. Her clothing is grey and red to match the hat she was gifted, the style rather fancy.Third Form:

TW: Character Deaths, Loss, BetrayalWhat would you do if you had a second chance to save a dear one? You would take that chance, no matter the price, right? So would I. And I did make a price. In a world not too different from this one, it was not uncommon to see mythical creatures mingling with humans. It wasn’t always happy or peaceful but it was tolerable. I myself used to only remain in the water’s depths, letting the centuries go by. Eventually, my parents encouraged me to spread my wings and I left the waters.I became close friends with a few people. I thought we were happy. I thought my life was perfect. I truly never realized just how important it was to not be so blind and trusting.Phoebe was a beautiful ahuizotl. Despite being a creature rumored to drag people down into the depths, I saw her as a loyal friend, one of my dearest ones. But in truth, she was never a friend. She created rumors about me, about how I was slaughtering innocents in a village. To this day I don’t know who truly was murdering those people. Maybe it was Phoebe herself. I don’t think I’ll ever know. Her rumors and forged evidence worked. Because people were angry and in fear, they didn’t even wait for a just trial. My friends, my true friends, who knew I was innocent, were the first to catch wind of the angry mob that had come to kill me. They were determined to protect me. A fierce battle broke in those streets. I refused to run like my friends begged me to do because why would I ever flee from a problem that was targeted at me? Why would I ever abandon those who were willing to risk their lives for me?But it was because I stayed that I saw how it all ended. There were so many screams, so much blood, and hot fire. My pleas for peace were silenced as confusion, anger, fear, pain, and fire consumed the streets. I don’t know how long it lasted. It felt like a lifetime. A painful lifetime. But I remember my friends dying, innocents dying, a whole city burning down. I remember Phoebe herself being buried under rubble, her own plan backfiring on her.It was all senseless. I still don’t understand why Phoebe did it. Was she jealous of me? Was she simply bored? I can’t really say I ever truly knew her. Once the fires had calmed down and survivors regrouped, I realized how much I had lost in one night. Some blamed me, some blamed Phoebe, but as for me, I just blamed how incompetent I was to protect my friends. My guilt drew in the eyes of those who prey on the vulnerable. I don't know if it was a demon or a god that spoke to me in my head one night, offering a deal. In exchange for the souls of my friends being returned, my wings and soul would be theirs. I accepted that deal, for no price seemed too high for the ones I cared for.Now I wonder across universes, trying to find the souls I begged to be returned. I only wish to find those friends I held dear, wishing to support them and see them happy once more. But every day I wonder when this moment of joy will be taken from me too...

Not much is known about Ishtar's original world as she doesn't talk about it much. She mentions humans and mythical creatures lived in "unstable harmony" but never goes into depth about it. Only once did she say that she left her world during a war , not saying what started it or who it's between. Perhaps one day she'll talk more about it.
